The Self Defense Training tips: Women are a safe to gain realistic self-defense skills. Survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence are invited to join the classes. Please let us know if you had a trauma of violence. Our courses are designed to support the survivors. Instructor to other students, the environment, the tone and the class setting are favorable to victims of rape and domestic violence.

Our self-defense workshop is suitable for companies, colleges, high schools, private groups and government entities. We visit our clients to make self defense training on site in their offices or residences. Training can be a single self-defense workshop once or weekly self defense training to eight weeks. We can customize the training to suit your needs and limitations.
