Knockout Boxing Delhi : Boxing for Fitness focuses primarily on fitness and then on boxing training. All of our Knockout boxing classes are taken by ‘real’ boxers who have a passion for and plenty of experience in the sport. It is the perfect fitness regime to achieve the lean, toned, strong body you’re after. A boxing training program must focus on reactive power, power endurance, muscular endurance, anaerobic endurance and aerobic endurance.

It’s not just about punching a bag by yourself, the group fitness classes are very social with around 8-10 people with an even mix of guys and gals, often teaming up for various drills. The classes concentrate on bag work, pad work, circuit based exercises as well as push-ups, squats and abdominal work. The Knockout Boxing classes are always different, always fun and, seriously hard work. The high intensity workout will have you moving the whole time.

Boxing Clubs : Boxing workout is ideal for all fitness levels, even if your fitness is below where you’d like it be you can box slower but if you want to burn fat and get fit, you need to keep your heart rate up.

The benefits seen include greater fitness, weight loss, increased agility and coordination and muscle tone. Boxing for fitness really is a cardio work-out for the whole body, especially good for toning the bottom and quadriceps, which particularly appeals to the ladies.
Boxing is also very empowering and participants really get pumped up and stuck into it. Plus, you learn all the skills of a boxer without getting hurt; you get learn to fight without the ‘fight’.

Boxing for Kids : We also offer boxing schools for kids under 03 to 13 years of age.

Will I get hurt?

Boxing lessons is a non-contact activity. The only thing to be cautious of are weak wrists. However, once you learn to box properly you shouldn’t be putting any unnecessary strain on your wrists.
